it's not much, i doubt it's any where close to $50k in cash money, but he'll also have an apartment, meal money, and transportation covered, possibly insurance and taxes, too, so it can nearly all be banked.

it's an easy schedule, too: they play about once a week for 30-40 weeks depending on how far they advance. rodney mcgruder played for the same team when he went undrafted after his senior year and (eventually) parlayed the experience into a foothold in the nba
