He’s right, the film does suck.
If he did he wasn’t targeted. The two way thing intrigues me.
He said more guys will play both sides of the ball? Not just Samuels and Tremble?
Btw, did anyone notice Samuels play any offense?

I didn’t see Samuels play offense at all. Not sure how many Tremble got in total on D but I do remember watching him specifically on three straight snaps when Tennessee was by the goal line cause I was so shocked he was out there. Got absolutely blown off the line on those reps, but not like others were much better. Hope he can make an impact going forward. The two way thing intrigues me.

Me too, not as surprised about Rice. Hopefully they both can be solid contributorsI will say tho DJ.. I’m surprised about Pringle not starting personally. Mack has been a pleasant surprise at LT, I thought he really held his own against Tennessee
Talent is there. If they buy in to D.A.R.T. then they will get there, otherwise they may find themselves out before too long.Me too, not as surprised about Rice. Hopefully they both can be solid contributors
Yup, one of the things that really strikes me about Fran is everytime I hear him talk, it always revolves around some sort of first principles thinking rather than commonly accepted tropes. The two way thing intrigues me.

I remember Tebucky Jones played offense when he first came to SU and was switched to defense. Worked out pretty good for him.Yup, one of the things that really strikes me about Fran is everytime I hear him talk, it always revolves around some sort of first principles thinking rather than commonly accepted tropes.
I got a guy who is 6'4", 225, hits 22mph, has a 39 inch vert and laser timed 4.5 forty. When you have a freak like that, you find a way to get him on the field.
He really doesn't overcomplicate things.
How can he handle both positions? "He's been in the offense two years and there's only really one responsibility as the SAM". I am surprised Fran didn't tell Chris he's not being asked to learn quantum physics.
??Delusional.
Dont' sweat it, it's unclear who that was targeted as. At the end of the day, we all want the same thing.??
Or maybe he is sick like Tony Soprano was.Fran is sick to his stomach about the Tennessee game and it’s honestly because I think he believes we are significantly better right now than what we showed on Saturday. Fran has the competitive edge of a champion.
If 2 of our 3 safeties were as good as Darius and Jones we win that game yesterday by double digits. They would have been helping offensive players on Tennessee to the locker room the entire game.I remember Tebucky Jones played offense when he first came to SU and was switched to defense. You shouldn’t be so hard on yourselfDelusional.
Maynard was really good on his own right, too.One speed rusher at DE and this is a different D. Do not understand how we can't find one guy. You don't have to have a Dwight Fright. Give me a Duke Pettijohn all day.
Good lord it’s one game.It really is hard to fathom how a team has struggled to find Pass rush guys for such an extended time. We cant even find a LB with some twitch to use as pass only guy. We might be better just going with like 8 DBs and try to run around the tackles.
Sincere question, I genuinely do not know, what does "installing a package" on defense mean? This year the defense has installed more situational packages.
That’s what she said.Sincere question, I genuinely do not know, what does "installing a package" on defense mean?
Someone before the season mentioned that the defense "installed more blitz packages" this season. Is a package a personnel grouping? Is it a different defensive alignment? A call from the playbook?
I genuinely have no idea what it means when a defense installs a package.
