Fantasy
As for the Colts, their leading rusher, rookie RB Delone Carter, found himself on the bench against the Falcons after fumbling for the second time in three games. The Colts love Carter, but clearly they were sending a message that poor ball security won't be tolerated. Carter, not known as a fumbler in college, could be second fiddle to Donald Brown, who has shown flashes this season, until starter Joseph Addai (hamstring) returns. However, Addai did not take part in practice Wednesday. Long term, Carter will lose carries if he continues to fumble, Addai is still the starter when he returns, but the Colts could face a tough decision on Donald Brown after the season. It makes sense to play him as much as possible this season. This week, breaking it down, Brown makes a flex back or injury fill-in, whereas Carter makes a bench play this week but an injury fill-in in larger leagues. Until Addai gets on the field, he has no fantasy value
