I just like to express how sad I am at the demise of the Big East Basketball conference.

I agree. As the video below shows, Syracuse WAS the Big East and the Big East WAS Syracuse.

Yes. The demise certainly started a long time ago. For me, it began when we were forced to abandon the double round robin format.
