That is true but it doesn't tell the whole story. The offense can do things at midfield that they won't consider deep in their territory.

FSU punt returned botched the punt and we recovered.

Like idiots we then proceeded to try to run the ball in.

We could have had an easy field goal, and went for the TD on 4th.

Which I would have been fine with, if not for calling running plays leading up to that.

What happened at end of half?

FSU muffed a punt with about 1:20 left. SU got the ball on the 9 yard line. Went run, run, incomplete pass and on 4th from the 3ish yard line, went for the TD instead of the FG and inexplicably ran again with Dungey and got stuffed. Could have gotten an easy (if there is such a thing with SU) but went for the TD.

clock doesnt stop until under 2 minutes out of bounds or not

I love DB but that's the 3rd time this season he's tried an on-sides kick when he should not have.

It’s a field position scenario too. U pin, 3 and out and hope for ball at your 30-35
