if he was a baseball pitcher I'd be thinking he's gone for the year. But I've never known a QB to have a Tommy John injury. I thought he banged his hand on a helmet at first, but the replay was clear.

There's a lot of torque on the elbow when you throw. Happened to me playing baseball. He may just have tendonitis.
