Trap refers to a game where you feel like you should win ( we are 3-1 and they are 0-4) and the fan base feels it should be a win.

But Syracuse does something to lose the game and we fall to a team that is 0-4

To each his own relative to "trap game" interpretation then.

However, in my view, a "classic trap game" is not a game you feel you should win (as I think that is a sentiment generally felt the vast majority/if not all of the time by players, etc.) but more along the lines of a game that definitely should've been won, therefore, falling into the "what the " type loss if you don't.

We haven't beaten anyone of any substance on the road in a long time. FSU may be a bad team, but they are at home. It's not realistic for any team coached by Dino to win on the road against a more talented team especially on the road.
Just keeping the game close all game would be a plus.
