I feel OK about where we are overall.

I’d feel happier if:
- we had Donnie in Vegas
Or
- we beat Hofstra

If we get the extra win in Vegas, or avoid the Hofstra loss… we’d feel in the tournament right now.

I’m not mad at th Clemson loss .. they are really good. Other than that, we’ve done what we’ve supposed to. And I don’t see any reason why This team can’t keep stacking wins with the upcoming schedule.

If Donnie stays healthy they’ll have to consider our record without him vs with him …

I hate playing against teams that play like FSU. Puts a lot of pressure on your offense.

Gotta keep winning. But we’re making a case for the tournament committee to have to consider Donnie’s injury. He’s been playing really damn well.

Not a fan of keeping Nait on the bench while JJ and Kiyan struggle to get us into an offensive of set.

I was worried about this one because FSU is very streaky and they were due. They played so well tonight and we still come out with a win.

Got to win the next three against bad and mid teams in BC, VT, and Miami. Then we start playing the upper half of the ACC and we will see if we are a tournament team or not.

The talent was evident from the jump with this team.

Even at the most dire moments, easy to see.

Glad to see it meshing better. Took a while. Probably too long.

Freeman’s return has been massive.

Dangerous team.

nice to see there wasnt any real extended stretch where the offense just collapsed - kept it going pretty well all game

big key now is getting rid of the boneheaded turnovers - they had at least 10 totally unforced really bad ones...

Crazy how different 2 less losses would look right about now. We would probably all be thrilled about everything if they were 14-3 at the moment even with the injury to Donnie. But I think this team can run the table for a bit. Donnie and his leadership are just very apparent. JJ showed more emotion tonight than he has in 4 years. Just keep winning games

They havent really beaten anyone but don't really have a bad loss. Best win was at Ole Miss. Look at their schedule, it has been awful so far. They play Clemson next so we will see how good they are.

I thought Red made a critical error leaving JJ on the floor with under 2 minutes left, Thought for sure FSU was going to foul him to shoot free throws. I’m glad the FSU coaches weren’t bright enough to see their opportunity.

Ayers was the only 1 of the 3 refs that wasn't helping out FSU the whole game

Yea they were pretty blatant when Betsey brushed that kid at the end and it was 2 FTs. Was going to be a shot clock turnover anyway.

I’m still reserving judgment on this team until they put together a complete game and come out with a win vs a top tier opponent. Tenn was a good win, but I still haven’t seen a complete game from the team.

I hope the defense can get back to how it was early in the season. That’s one area we were better.

Donnie has hit a new gear we’ve never seen post injury.

the team is better with donnie than without obviously ...but donnies defensive closeouts and turnovers are a bit sloppy at times...he just doesnt quite have the quickness on defense sometimes...not sure the defense is better with donnie, and might be a little worse...and some soft slow lazy passes that are easy steals for opponents...

this was a weird game bc fsu is one of the few teams that might be taller and quicker than SU or at least similar 1-5...weird matchup but SU had maybe best shooting game of the season ...and needed it

hopefully stack some wins get a nice acc record going and winning will breed winning...while some of the other teams lose steam and become easier to beat

the order of the acc schedule is very lucky this year imo

It’s hard to win ACC games though. And they have won their last 3 by average of 10 points. Thats decent. But the schedule is pretty weak. I still have my concerns too but Donnie is putting them on his back

Miami is mid until they beat someone good imo. Their best win is Wake on the road. Haven't beat a ranked team.

There’s a reason they are not ranked like all the other 15-2 teams. 12 of those wins are Q3-Q4 and the Q1-Q2 are on the low end of the range.

Guess we’ll see. In 2 weeks.
