I was thinking about my all time favorite SU team and i was doing some research and found some fun info

What former SU Player , had more than 100 NFL starts at his position . Finished in the top five in a worlds strongest man competition. had a boxing match against a very famous fighter, Was involved in Sumo wrestling, and has a black belt in a martial arts discipline?

I think I saw a rerun of that worlds strongest man. That was before guys trained specifically for it. It was a fun mix of strong guys from different backgrounds.

Super tough OG who would fire off the ball fast and real low causing havoc to ILB’s. Hated scrimmaging against him for one would get bruised and I could attest to that.

I watched an episode or two from back in the late 70s at the start of COVID. One of the top guys from that era was a farmer from Alfred or somewhere out that way.
