He talks about the scoreboard and how he is now able to tell the refs who has possession and what the bonus situation is. Pete talked about the many recent enhancements that have been made to the dome. Focused on the sound system and how so many speakers have been added over the basketball court and how fans will be able to hear announcements, understand what is said when there are presentations etc. Pete also talked about the 2 new very large bathrooms added on the east side of the building Unfortunately, this is the opposite side from where basketball is played. The lack of bathrooms behind the end zones (east and west) is a problem for all sports but far worse for basketball, where most of the crowd is concentrated towards the west end zone. He mentions new concession stands (4 I think, believe they are all in the corners of the lower level). Said work is going on now to concession stands on the third level. He also gave what I think is the latest update on the status of the AC install. Said it should be done by April or May. Maybe we can get a few lacrosse games in with AC. Not that it is needed then. It will be interesting to see if more events are booked for the summer now that there will be AC. And the reporter ends like you say. To me, talking about lighting being added on the outside of the stadium can only made LED lighting on the crown truss. Pete had already said it was something they wanted to do, something that was an objective but something that they could not do as part of phase 1. [/QUOTE]
