Again, I'm purely coming from an architectural/aesthetic view, and IMO, it's not very attractive.  Per the rendering, this (new) addition looks like an afterthought "add-on" vs. a seamless integration and appearing that it had been there all along with the existing structure.  Again, just my opinion, from what has only been provided.

I've never been a fan of the architectural design that the university chose to go with in roller coaster style roof vs. that original Walter's Group rendering.  No doubt, the engineering of it was quite an impressive feat, however, IMO, left a lot to be desired visually.  That Walter's Group rendering that leaked back in May '16 was a thing of beauty and so aesthetically pleasing, architecturally speaking.
