Mixed-use is the way to go these days and should activate the Marshall St area more. The complaints about the 8 stories is weird when The Marshall is 8 stories and literally towering over the Marshall St storefronts and also several other 5, 6, 7+ story buildings surrounding it lol. Hopefully they continue this trend around the rest of the Marshall St parcel/along the E Adams St side and the other parcels surrounding it that is being wasted to dead space/empty parking lots.
