The county is talking about the need for new community type developments where you can concentrate some population and pair the housing with commericial development. Get some restaurants, a big grocery store (thinking the W word), some pickleball courts, a community center, a bar or two and some medical facilties, so you can walk or shuttle to wherever you want to go.
