We take their campus and use it to build a second quad, and add some parking. Use some of the existing parking to expand the campus further. Can finally expand the dome on the north and south sides and make it a world class facility. ESF takes over most of the South Campus Skytop area. They get a bunch of much needed space and the room to expand they desperately need. The stumpies can plant lots of trees and do their pagan tree worshiping dances in privacy. Win win for everyone.
