UNC should be smart and self-impose some sanctions. Then again, only they know how deep it goes. It it were to cost hoops titles they may try to continue the coverup.

UNC has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Penn State disease. They have a run of the mill and very common academic issue. If it was not such an outstanding school it wouldn't be such a big deal. The faculty is up in arms and undoubtedly feel a bit empowered and they have been feeding the ROD. UNC will pay for this soon enough.
