We have a tendency to anoint recruits over players already here. Kadary will not replace any of our starters unless he can play the three if Hughes leaves. He has ZERO chance to replace Girard or Buddy. He might be able to help, but I doubt he plays a major role.

I mean if Kadary is better than other players he’ll play over them it’s that simple. We don’t know how good he’ll be at the college level (especially as a freshman) just like we didn’t know how any other recruit would be. We also don’t know how well our players that will still be here will be next year.

The problem with our defense is we are not stopping teams and we are not getting turnover or enough turnovers.

I see that team getting 23-24 wins. Buddy getting 15, Joe getting 12 off the bench where he can focus on scoring.

Might win that many if Hughes returns (he won’t) or we land an impact transfer. If not, there’s no chance.,

Jalen is a top 50 recruit who most likely could go to an A10 school and start instantly. Or he could spend his final years of college eligibility playing behind 2 guards who will most likely get 32+mpg each while he battles for the remaining PT with 2 other top 100 recruits

None of those numbers matter. What was Buddy ranked? What was Joe ranked? These top 100 guys are supposed to be better. Let's see them earn PT at the Melo Center.

Guerrier, then Braswell
Dolezaj, then Newton
Sidibe, then Edwards

In this scenario Richmond and Braswell battle for minutes ...I love Braswell if he is healthy ...and I love Richmond if Braswell can't go
