But my good friend is who is EXTREMELY hooked up in the NYC hoop scene and a certain someone has played for his team...he told me that he doesn't think KR is going to be eligible. His grades are that bad and before the brewster thing, he was going to go juco to get everything straighten out. I argued with him about how Brewster doesn't mess around with grades and one thing JB doesn't around here is grades too but he wouldn't just say this to say it...FWIW!!
I just texted him saying KR signed his NLI but yeah, I hope it isn't true and we're in the clear

Smith said Richmond is “likely" a qualifier, though he has “work to do” at Brewster. (High school graduates who attend prep school rarely fail to qualify academically to play college basketball as freshmen.)
