I think his comp is much closer to Shredder

Not as big. Shrader was a better passer when he wasn't hurt. He put up great numbers for 5-6 games each of his seasons as a starter. I would call him more of a Dungy - not afraid to take a hit; doesn't throw the best ball, but can get it there and make plays. Shrader was also about 20 pounds heavier. Dungy was a bit less thick. But equally fearless.
