We got left tackle depth chart shenanigans.

Has Hatcher played a snap yet? Is he even a go physically?

Good to see Trevion Mack starting at LG - or do they put no thought into these charts??
Believe Fran said during the presser he's waiting till the first injury report is due the Thursday before Clemson...so I wouldnt expect any injury updates till he's required to provide them.

And even then I expect a lot of "questionables."

I'd wager a large sum of money that we will be resting some guys Friday, especially Mack.

I think college football would be better if every FBS team got to play one exhibition game against an FCS team say the week before the Week 0 games, and then FBS teams weren't allowed to play FCS teams in the regular season.
I agree. If they sell tickets, there will be revenue to share. This is a concern in some places. Clemson might be required to play in-state FCS teams. So just have a preseason game that does not count. Seems like a no-brainer. Every FBS team gets a tune-up. Because it does not count, they do not need to run up the score for style points. Play first string into the 2nd quarter, 2nd string through the end of the 3rd. 3rd string in the 4th quarter.

You do not need to even play it on a Saturday. Imagine 2 ACC FBS/FCS preseason games every night for the 9 days leading up to 1 week before Week 0.

I've been beating this drum for a couple of years now. Dump the FCS games in the regular season and make them preseason games.
