It’s not about not supporting the team. Everyone in the board wants the team to be competitive and win. That has not been the case with RC. Seems like some on this board are rooting for one player or another. I support our student athletes in general but as a fan the only thing that matters is the best play players so we win. I do not care who starts at each position provide it gives us the best chance to win.

If anyone on this board knows more about football and what SU needs to have the best chance to win send resumes to Mr. Wildhack. Rickie is QB 1 because HCFB knows better than any of us. When Luke or any one else surpasses Collins then we will have a new QB 1. Everyone loves the backup until he plays.

I feel the only reason people were calling for Ricky when Steve A. Was struggling in the UConn game is because Fran said the competition was close. After watching Ricky play it might have been close in practice but it did not translate to live game action.
As I said previously as fans we want to win. It does not matter who starts as long as we are competitive and win. When that does not happen then next man up.

That's a silly argument. Coaches are people. Coaches are wrong every day. They know more about ball, but they're not immune to mistakes.

Our coaches made the wrong decision on starting QB at least 3x in the last 25 years. It happens.

But seriously, what happened during the bye week? Usually you'd think you would come out healthier, and it looks like we went pretty hard in the opposite direction.

Coaches unlike fans have personal relationships with the players. Those relationships sometimes cause coaches to stick with certain players longer than someone that has no connection.

He's better in the run game than passing game at this point. He's also gotten badly beat at times on passing game. Though it's hard with the sample size of 20 snaps in a game of 80.

If we tackle like we did against Clemson, then we can stay in it. If they are allowed to break tackles, it will get ugly from an our defense/their offense standpoint. We need to take points when given in the first half. 7-3, 14-6, 17-6, 17-9. Now you are just a TD/2Pt away from a tie game. 17-7 because you get 1 TD in 3 tries is not quite the same.

He's still a bit heavy as we all know. Probably doesn't have the consistent lateral ability.
