Or just pick Captains. Three of the most respected and most deserving guys on the team. Like we used to do and like most teams do, like has been done forever. Have actual leaders step up. Absence of leadership plagues this team.

Like we discussed last week, we send one offensive, one defensive, and one special teams player out for the coin toss. Everyone gets a turn.

Typically the first X games it has been the rotating captains thing, and then they do a player vote and come up with 3 permanent captains for the rest of the season.

I don’t recall if Dino did it like this the first season or 2, but it’s definitely been like this for the past several seasons now.
