Can we all agree here that today the team has played pretty darn well and that Shafer clearly got the kids believing they could compete today?

I know it won't happen, but I'd like to see the fire Shafer talk put on hold for the week.

One thing you have to say is that the kids have not quit on Shafer or the season. And it would have been easy to do so

With all the criticism (and some of it deserving), the coaches have done their job thus far. Give credit where credit is due. I just don't want a blow out game and the way that the game started I thought the worst. However, the team, WITH OUR WALK ON QB, has done a good job considering everything at play.

That's good and all, but I can't get past our potential program changing QB got another "upper body injury" because the coach thought we could come back from a 41-10 deficit with a few minutes left.
