This pretty much say that Greg Bird is now a solid piece of the puzzle on the roster and not likely to be resent back to the minors unless a numbers situation demands this. I like this kid who is also showing a decent glove. Of course me saying this he will no doubt give us numerous errors at first base.now.When he is at the plate with RISP he doesn't swing for the fence. He knows that a single can be just as good. for the team.
