Garrett Williams injury...

Any updates on this? Dino offering basically nothing on the injury or his status, per usual.

Starting cornerback Garrett Williams was seen limping on the sidelines during the second half of the loss against Rutgers, and Babers wouldn’t comment on his status postgame. Babers said during the press conference that he hadn’t had a chance to see Williams since the game, but he’s confident that Williams is OK and that the injury won’t keep him out long term.

Hopefully we can get away with sitting Williams for a game against an opponent we shouldn't need to have him play against. No need to expose him to further injury / not give him time to rest and heal.

Hopefully he's just nicked up, and this isn't a worst case scenario type of injury.

Good thing it was only cramps

if you have cramps and they wanted to give you an IV it could happen.. why make them go to the locker room these days?

He never came back in the game though, did he?

If we can't have our way with Liberty without G Williams than idk what to even say, I doubt if it was nothing but cramps he wouldn't have returned for the game. If it's nothing major hopefully he misses albany and is good to go for the remainder of the season.
