Sort of a local kid. Both his brothers, Talor Battle and Taran Buie played at Bishop Maginn in Albany and Penn State where Battle is the all-time leading scorer. Battle is now an assistant coach at Northwestern. Boo Buie played a year at Troy High but then moved away.
