Georgia QB Sues Florida HC Over NIL

I think the fully grown (mostly) men who make these promises to kids should be held to them. If this is considered a valid contract it must be enforced.
I also think these fully grown coaches who are well compensated will figure out a way to keep programs relevant or be replaced. Just like the kids will be. It's the schools who have led us here. If anyone is unhappy about any of this, blame them

The coaches who embrace it will succeed. Those who whine, wont. Look at the step back Clemson has taken because Dabo likes being a little dictator who doesn't share his pie with anyone.

And despite all that, this is still better than what was going on before.
I like to think that now that it is out in the open the bad actors will not only get their buts sued but their HS relationships will get destroyed. Anyway, one can hope!

A pox on all parties, and especially on the creators of NIL.
NIL has been around since product endorsements became a thing. Remember Mr. Coffee?
Players have been deprived of their right to profit with their NIL as long as the NCAA has been running things. This is just righting a wrong.
There will be bumps at first, but it will find its way and just become part of landscape.
