Getting mixed messages on Time Warner coverage tonight

I see local channel 3 on Syracuse.com and then I saw that may have been changed to ch 69 on Time Warner cable.
Anybody?

it is on channels 3, 1203 and also 394 which is part of the sports package also ESPN3
