But if any group of athletes ever did just that, it was FGC today.

Those mad, wild sprints down the court were at full speed. Those oops, dunks, and long threes were something put of Space Jam.

The beating was so bad that I felt bad for Georgetown.

It's a rare treat to see 5 kids pour so much into a contest. It's what we all love about March Madness. They would have beat anybody tonight.

Georgetown was a scrappy bunch, but really they had no shot against the FGCU team. Hell, if Starks had been removed from the game the first time he fouled out, they would have lost by 18 or 20 points.

That one-handed alley-oop where his hand was above the box was nothing short of spectacular. Will be the top play tomorrow. Made me hate GTown that much more, if possible.

It was unbelievable.

Those dunks were so ridiculous. I was convinced they were going to get injured. That was the definition of "attacking the basket."

I hope they can do some damage against Oklahoma or San Diego St., but most times these large upset winners get rolled in the 2nd round.

Even if that happens, so what? They've put that program on the map, and destroyed the hated Hoyas' season in the process!!

They were acting like they just cut down the nets in the locker room, I'll be pleasantly surprised if they win Sunday. But any team that beats Georgetown is a friend of mine, so I'll be cheering them on.

It was unbelievable.

Did anyone hear the funny the exchange between Elmore and his partner after the dunk. This isn't verbatim but One guy goes "I bet they've never seen that before" the other guy goes "they probably see it all the time in the big east" then there was a pause and something was said like "no not like that" clearly the thought process was "holy white people can do that". Lol

Its always been a peeve statement.i.e. 110% You can't give more than you have. Unfortuneately thats true with charitable contributions. The want may be more but the "have" is limited".:bang:
