Wilmore couldnt throw any more.. i guess they figured playing a small amount at first wasnt going to cut it.. I cut smith and put the rookie at first and see what happens.

D'Arnaud plays a premium position for which the Mets have limited options (for now).

Flores doesnt have a position and the Mets can go a dozen ways to replace him on the cheap.
