Good luck to Marrone today

Is there anything more frustrating then being a Bills and Syracuse fan. The way these teams lose makes you want to jump off a cliff...
Yes, being a syracuse and Jets fan.

the mere fact he uses up all of his timeouts in a game he tried to speed up. ironic? moronic? both perhaps?

I don't have much of an issue with Marrone/Hackett offensive play calling. Some people on Buffalo boards think he should've milked the clock.. There's no point in milking the clock up one point with 5 minutes left and NE having 3 timeouts. The game was decided on mistakes. Amendola made every play he needed to make. Stevie Johnson talks smack all week and drops the one play he needs to make.

Even though its the familiar feeling of losing to NE and starting the year 0-1, this team does feel like it has the ability to win some games. Defense looks good and EJ looks like the real deal with a lot of weapons at his disposal. I think the offense will get better and better each week. Gotta come back and win next week though, young team and starting 0-2 is tough to overcome.

Don't know about that, but this has been a very entertaining game.

They are playing differently.

Be a shame to get a bad beat on a FG at the gun, but that's Brady being Brady.
That punt... I swear it's some sick practical joke

well if indeed they do score you still have duhhh... 3 timouts and NE has 0 ! you know, the same time you could have burned between snaps. don't even try and rationalionize such a dumbass call. like i said..if it worked...

Awwww someone's still butthurt.

Danny Amendola won that game for NE. The Bills had it all, but wrapped up. I thought it was a great 1st performance by Marrone, and it looks like he's got the real deal with EJ Manuel.

brilliant.the dude runs the hurryup offense with the late 4th qtr lead and gives the pats the win. ya know...if that strategy ever actually worked someone else would have thought of it before ! what a maroon!
Had zero to do with the outcome. Cost at the most 30 to 40 seconds. Pat's still had plenty of time outs.

Seriously...the least of my concerns today is whether Marrone wins. At best, I don't care if he wins.
I don't either. While I agree that Dougie had every right to sign with Buffalo and leave Syracuse. I didn't like his timing and the abruptness of his move. Also stripping us of all the assistant coaches as well put the program in a lurch. OK I like Shafer but the jury is still out on his current assistants. I speak of both his coordinators. I'm not exactly thrilled with his QB coach either.Considering Allen's technique with his throwing, I have to question just What is the coach looking at and coaching.?

The only problem I had with Marrone yesterday was punting on 4th and 1 in the 2nd quarter. That was ridiculous. I don't even think they should have punted in the 4th after Stevie Johnson dropped the pass.

I'm assuming the weird challenge was a result of poor communication with his crew upstairs. I'll chalk it up as an anomaly until it happens again.

Syracuse and Raiders. Oakland is in total rebuild mode but was surprisingly competitive yesterday.
