Can you imagine if Megill were still playing for the Orange? The difference in team attitude would probably be like night and day! He was such a great vocal leader.

Are these player only meetings a regular thing? If not, they should make these meetings a weekly ritual and mandatory, regardless of how the season's going. It shouldn't have to take getting your a$$ handed to you by 14 goals to find out if you're all on the same page. If they're all on the same page (HHH), I believe they could beat any team in the country... even with the problems at X.
