I'd welcome him back. Tulsa had a very solid rushing attack. Although i'm unsure if Hornsby started for them.

This link has him on the 3rd line but his overall rating is better than most of the other OL and even better than one of the starters. Interesting. Appears he is a very good run blocker but a poor pass blocker.

This is why I don’t blame kids for being mercenaries. You can get screwed even if you try to be loyal

Always the potential that we’re helping him out too by letting him claim an offer for leverage.

Not sure I think that’s the case here but if he’s willing to mentor / be a spot starter at C, he’d be a good insurance policy to have over the unproven youngsters who are otherwise going to start.
