This article makes me like Marrone even more for showing his softer side. Him and Rob were really, really close.

What a sad, sad ending to a great person's life. Prayers go out to the Edson family.

Sure was.

It is sad that it takes times like these to sometimes see how the bigger figures in the community are also human beings with emotions. It shows that at the end of the day, we're still regular people who may have to wear the facade of a public position (ie. Shafer, Marrone, Gross, etc), but still act just like the rest of us.

They all walked out to the SU Fight Song. What a tribute.
