So, I walked into my classroom this morning and found one of my students waiting in the room already. I asked him why he showed up to class 20 minutes early, and he went in to this long rant about needing to show me some music that he thought I would really enjoy because he knows how much I enjoy playing/seeing live shows.
This performer's name is John Butler. He's been around a while from what I can tell. He uses a 12 string (11 if you actually pay attention - it looks like he takes the high G off). Anyways, the theory behind this piece is amazing. I highly recommend you take the 5 minutes to watch this. Just by listening, I was instantly put in a better mood. I bought 2 of his albums and am really enjoying him. Just wanted to share!
