Ok I agree with jake. My feeling is these small mistakes in the game are really hurting marrone big time. Long term idk of he is the answer, but I do like him.
Agree. Everyone else is saying oh God don't get him started. (I've been yelling about it for yearsIn fact, that position seems to supported by advanced statistical analysis: http://mgoblog.com/category/user-tags/fourth-down-decisions
" If you have a good offense, bringing out the punter should only be done in long distance situations or when deep in your own territory. Scoring touchdowns is the valuable thing in football and giving away a quarter of your plays to kick on fourth down greatly reduces your ability to score them, the gain in field position from a punt is worth less than it is currently perceived to be and the idea that momentum is obtained from a quick change of possession is to be slight at best and most likely non-existent."

Yeah, that was him. He crushed guys on both punt and kickoff coverage. It was fun to watch and, at the same time, frustrating to see such a big fast athletic guy never pick up the defense well enough to make it on the field there.I remember a kid from CNS. Think his name was JR Johnson. Was a stud gunner.
