Had we beaten Virginia

What seed would we have been? 10, 9?
Happy with our spot and was elated we avoided the play in game. But curious as how high we might of gotten to of we beat UVA or even won the aact.

In the end it does not seem we were as close to the bubble as many thought.

I'm guessing just a 10. Win the whole tourney and we maybe bump to the 8 line or 9. I don't think we would have gone much higher than that

GaTech was in the tournament before the ACCT started, they won it (albeit they skipped a game), and still only got a 9.

UVA=FSU.

Yes, NC State is better than Miami, but it’s not like we beat FSU

I agree but they only sealed their bid the last week and they had some bad losses. I think 8 or 9 is where they should be.

We were the first 11, so we probably move up a spot to a 10, but I would say that's it. Its not like Virginia is a 1 or 2 seed this year.

Georgia Tech had better wins than BYU.
BYU beat a bunch of WCC teams that didn’t make the tournament and lost 3x to Gonzaga.
They beat San Diego State and Utah.

Georgia Tech beat Florida State x2, Clemson.

Tech was under-seeded.
Clemson best Alabama and Purdue and that got them a 7.

I think Tech being below UNC on the curve was crazy.
