Take a look at the attached where I outlined the letters. Clear space between the "I" and "L" and also the start of another letter, I would assume it to be a "Y".

Someone has to have been in the building recently enough to put this one to rest.

Between MCW and this, I have been studying pictures too much the past couple days!
