I think our only winless football season in conference was 2005 and we won our first hoops BE game that year, so I'm guessing no.

BC managed that unenviable achievement in 2015.
Football: 3-9, with 0-8 ACC plus 0-1 vs ND.
Hoops: 0-18 ACC. 7-25 overall.

And the Dazzler is still their coach.
