Get a meal at Canlis. I wasn’t blown away by the tasting menu, but the whole experience was special. The most beautiful setting for a restaurant I’ve ever seen. They were also pretty appreciative that my primary purpose for visiting Seattle was to dine there so I got a tour of the restaurant, including their famous wine cellar.

Water taxi from downtown to Salty's on Alki for weekend brunch
Catch a Mariners game if you can

Go to Unicorn and try the Unicorn Jizz. Not sure if that word is allowed here or not, but the place is pretty damn interesting.
