A release from Conference USA listing all its bowl bids has East Carolina officially playing in the Beef O'Brady's Bowl. According to the release, Florida Atlantic, which finished bowl eligible at 6-6, did not receive a bowl bid. The Owls won't be the last team to miss out, either, as we have more bowl eligible teams than spots this year.

According to ESPN's Brett McMurphy the BCS bowl lineup is set. Florida State and Auburn will meet in the title game, Alabama and Oklahoma are going to the Sugar Bowl, Clemson and Ohio State to the Orange Bowl, Michigan State and Stanford in the Rose Bowl and UCF and Baylor in the Fiesta Bowl. In other words, exactly what Jerry Palm told you would be the case on Saturday night.
