This guy's own father says it is impossible and the kid has been charged with violent sexual assault in Maine.

If it is impossible then I am sure the feds will be able to dismiss all the details he gave them about the trip to Pitt and the Fines house. The father says he never went to either so if his details are correct, the question would be how does he know details of an SU basketball trip on a bus and the details of Bernie's house. I am sure the feds will look at that closely. Will be easy for the feds to say yes he is credible or no he is FOS.
