Bediako signed a two way contract with the Spurs which is considered an NBA contract. No player that has signed any type of NBA contract has been allowed back into the NCAA. Bediako challenged that and lost.

This kid is like the Baylor kid. G league or overseas leagues are ok since no NBA contract was signed.
