Where would Shamarko rank on that list?

5'10" 213 and did 28 reps by the rankings on his list Shamarko woul be expected to do 17.975 reps but did 28. A full 10.025 reps more than expected. He would be 6th on the list...oh and he also ran a 4.37 officially timed 40 yard dash with a "10" rated by the judges fall at the end.
