I mean if a teams special teams absolutely blows at upper level D1...is it coaching or players not executing? Must be a combination?

I am convinced not enough practice time for the special teams units, especially bc we have several starters on specials.

There is only so much practice time...specials is what is neglected and HCFB alluded to this.
