Just an amazing evening of baseball. First time in my life I ever rooted for a Yankee opponent to win. (I didn't root for the Yanks to lose: i just rooted for the Rays to win).

I shut the game off with the Yankees winning 7-0 but still hoping for the Sox to lose. I woke up around 12:30, flipped on the TV and watched the highlights. I was fully expecting a playoff game today (in at least one of the leagues) and I think I was more shocked to see the Rays win than to see the Sox lose.
