Not really anything new from the past few years. Bottom half has had some bad losses early often.. the newcomers like us will provide strength at the top... bottom feeders may jump up occassionally lime miami last year.

Ya but Miami losing to So Carolina upstate. NCST losing at home to Vcu. Maryland losing T home to Uconn amongst several other bad losses and even the Duke loss mKes it a tough start for the conference

i'm not doubting it. hopefully ACC hoops can do what SEC football has done. World domination. Or at least that's my goal

Yeah but nothing wrong with having some low hanging fruit in league play every year... that way we balance with playing former big east teams in non conf play

Virginia Tech lost to So. Carolina Upstate. VCU beating UVA is not a bad loss for UVA (especially considering it took a 35 footer to win it). In fairness, Miami is terrible this year and lost to St. Francis.
