They do t have a catwalk or practice facility if you can believe that. They are building one where there is an abondrned swimming pool

If Red doesn't pan out, I would think they have to go outside the SU family for the next hire. Selling Hopkins record at UW would be a hard sell to the SU fanbase at this point.

What if the young man is a negative presence in the locker room or outside it? For dash to frame it that way suggests something wasn't right and if the kid played well on the court, then it likely means there was something off the court in some capacity.

FWIW, all the comments on Reddit are just about him getting ahead of Hopkins being fired in a year/fans bemoaning the fact that he hasn't been fired already/being excited to see how Menifield does on a team that actually coaches their players lol

Complete hypothetical, but the broader UW situation has me wondering how much more boosters can now sway coaching hires / fires with NIL as it is. If the well dries, it’s a hell of a battle for any coach to recruit and retain players.
