Didn’t realize how little Mike has coming back. Those freshmen are going to have a great opportunity to contribute immediately. It will be interesting to see if Hop can keep this team in the hunt for the PAC12 championship with so little experience returning.

Losing Thybulle will be significant I think. Who's their next defensive specialist? They've also had problems with ballhandling. Will Quade Green, Hardy, and/or the freshman PG Tsohonis perform under pressure? Isaiah Stewart is going to dominate against a lot of teams I think...

I think Bey will be the big defensive guy, Carter really turned it on towards the end of last year. Stewart and McDaniel speak for themselves and Green will be playing in January. Pac should be better this year so I doubt they dominate like they did last year but they should be in the top 3 in the league and will probably be extremely good towards the end of the season.

Hop's team is going to have some issues with perimeter shooting I think. Bey was being groomed to replace Thybulle but there is literally no way to replace what Matisse did - one of the best zone defenders I have ever seen.
There is a ton of talent but Hop is basically replacing the whole team. I'd feel better about the team if Nowell was coming back, that would balance out the roster significantly. I'm not sure I love the roster construction but the talent is there - it will be interesting to see if/how it all comes together.

Confirms we didn't play very good teams and it was more team building etc. Which is fine.
Everyone in the P12 is young. Oregon and Arizona will have new teams. Everyone good left early to go undrafted it seems King, Dort, etc. I wouldn't bet against UW they have the best coach. Doubt they make it out of the first weekend but I would be shocked if they missed the Dance.
Is it this year or next Enfield gets the #1 class?

I think there ball handling will be better. Green is a big upgrade over Crisp and Thybelle couldn’t dribble. They will miss his defense of course but I think they will be much better. They improved at every position outside of 2 guard in my opinion. They have 2 top ten kids coming in with Green and improved Carter and Bey. Not to mention Brooks.
