Anybody know if there will be a pre-game party and shuttle to/from the Hotel Syracuse to the Dome and back for the upcoming season?

I remember going to the St patrick's parade and putting our cases of beer right on the street because it was the one day that there was no open container law

been a lurker for ever. love this place. I come here to read about my favorite team. I had to give up my season tickets 304 when my daughter was born. I turned my kids into Orange fans. they are as frustrated as me. I live in Penna now and we still love the Orange.

Economic reality
Such a shame. I still maintain the biggest prob was it was ahead of its time. In 2021 I bet some smart minds could find a way to utilize it more effectively and make it cost neutral

I took that train several times, the lot was great for tailgating , the train traveled up to SU at about 5 mph. Guessing the maintenance of those old tracks was a cost issue.

There just wasnt enough of a payoff at the time. I wonder if they could have found one in conjunction with the new I-81 project. I dont know. Also, if SU was bigger, and was utilizing downtown more such as other large schools go (Arizona State is one example i visited recently) they may have been incentivized to help fund it. But alas, the stars just didnt align and it is unfortunate.
