That seems high right? If the spread is 10 then Vegas is expecting 74-64ish game.

Question is whether this point spread takes onto account that Donnie may be out as reported on another spread. If it doesn't, the spread will likely go up.

I doubt that. If you’re highest scoring and best player is out typically I would think the over under would be lower but it’s not.

That line shows a real lack of respect for SU. I worry about being able to score. We have no post up game to get easy baskets. If we don’t get turnovers and easy transition points we might struggle to put up points. Houston plays with swag and attitude. We haven’t had that in years.

It's pretty much the KP predicted line - using KP ADJEM and pace numbers of each team, I came up with line of 11.0.

Until the Monmouth game I would have said the KP rank may be underselling us... now back to 59, which the team will need to prove to me is low.

yeah but auburn put up 72...im guessing it wont be the extreme defensive grindfest it usually might be

early in the season and houston has a lot of freshman that arent quite the lockdown defenders typical of houston and I think SU can score regardless with all of their different options

Auburn is averaging 93, which includes three games in the 90s, a 112 and the 72 vs. Houston. They scored 26 under their average against Houston.

Expect an ugly rock fight, at least when Syracuse has the ball. It remains to be seen if we can keep up the intensity on defense like we have.

Houston has won something like 31 of their last 33 games, including ten and two against teams ranked 20 or better. A one point loss to Texas Tech inovertime and a two point loss to Florida in national championship game.

It would not be surprising for the casual bettor to bet Houston and drive the line up.
